We are a privately held retailer of footwear, apparel, toys, housewares, tack and accessories located in Kamas Utah, United States.

8) Shipping Policy
We use standard shipping via UPS, U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and other carriers and will ship your order within 2 business days. If you need to upgrade your shipping to an expedited service for an additional fee, please reach out to us at: 435-783-6685. At this time, we cannot ship outside the United States.
9) Customer Service and Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your new/unused merchandise with store retail tags still attached for a replacement or refund, within 30 Days of original purchase date. Unfortunately, if the item is used, has been worn or is missing the retail tags, we cannot return the item.
Please email returns@boltranchstore.com to being the process of your return. Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the store. We suggest you return your item(s) via trackable method or directly to the store along with a copy of your receipt or order, with the item you do not want. We will issue a refund back to your original method of payment used on the original transaction.
