With over 30,000 heirloom rose bushes, Grace Rose Farm is the rose destination, whether you’re a florist looking for that just-so hue of rose for a high-end wedding, a customer who wants to find a one-of-a-kind bouquet to ship to their mom, one of Poulson’s 25,000 newsletter subscribers looking for tips on growing their own roses, or among the nearly 200,000 followers who swoon over her images on Instagram. The farm, based in Ventura County, California, works with breeders from around the world to bring new rosebushes to American gardeners, and harvests their own spectacular roses for weddings, events, and local flower lovers. They’ve also grown a nationwide online business that delivers roses to customers around the country.
In this book, Poulson shares her incredible breadth of wisdom in a comprehensive guide to growing roses specifically to use as cut flowers. It includes detailed information on the best varieties in every possible hue--ones that can thrive in the home garden and bring gardeners magnificent blooms year after year. She also offers instructions for planting, year-round care, and harvesting, whether you’re growing roses in the ground, in raised beds, or in containers, and in every climate zone; plus styling and arranging tips, including bouquets in simple pitchers and urns as well as more elaborate tablescapes and floral arches.

As one of the Wonders of the World and the most iconic national park in America, the Grand Canyon enthralls six million visitors each year. Only a small fraction of those people, however, have the privilege of experiencing the canyon by rafting down the Colorado River. The Grand Canyon captures and evokes the power of that journey from the drama of the rapids and the immeasurable scale of the canyon walls to the subtle rock patterns and varied life forms
Based on her extraordinarily popular flower workshops, Chelsea Fuss’s first book combines an alluring sense of place with everything readers need to know to forage, gather, and arrange fresh and dried botanicals. Each arrangement is addictively easy to make, and the featured centerpieces, wreaths, garlands, and bouquets are designed to bring the perfect amount of scent, color, and atmosphere to a room.
The book features 28 eco-friendly floral projects, all using natural materials in lieu of floral foam and wire. Each arrangement is accompanied by foraging tips that can be applied to different locales.
Photographed in the author’s small village in Portugal, the book overflows with atmospheric images of flowers and foliage in the landscape to inspire readers to walk local trails (even if that just means the stalls of a city market) and gather ingredients in a pastime that is as much self-care and meditation as it is a practical pursuit.

Anouk Krantz’s newest work, Ranchland: Wagonhound, takes a deep dive into one spectacular working ranch in Wyoming.
Her stunning photographs provide an outsider’s perspective into the American West spirit and its enduring strength that is alive and well in today’s contemporary world. The ranch was named after a creek which runs through the property, Wagonhound Creek, which received its name due to the number of wagons on the nearby Oregon Trail that, while crossing the creek, broke their hounds, the part of the wagon that connects the tongue and axle.
The Wagonhound owners took the reins of the historic ranch in 1999. The ranch works to honour and preserve the values and heritage of the American West, and return the land to a pristine condition, utilizing conservation methods to ensure a balance between the land, livestock, farming, and wildlife to steward the ranch into the future. Wagonhound is a historic working ranch spanning over 300,000 acres in Wyoming, where the elevation ranges from 5,000 feet to 9,000 feet; where talented, strong, and steady quarter horses supplied by the ranch-owned remuda are required to help the cowboys manage the herds in a spectacularly rugged terrain.
Catherine and Art Nicholas, who took the reins of the historic ranch in 1999, take the stewardship of the land very seriously—their vision has been to honor tradition, preserve the land, which is steeped in history, and return it to a pristine condition. In Ranchland: Wagonhound, Anouk Krantz’s beautiful photography reveals the daily and seasonal rhythms of the ranch and the daily lives of its men and women cowboys, whose long hard days—starting in the dark and finishing in the dark—involve everything from cattle driving to branding to training the best quarter horses in the country and more. Set in a stunning large-format book, these photographs and the stories offer an inspiring new perspective into today’s cowboy/ranching culture and land stewardship of the American West.

Since the early 1900s, Pendleton Woolen Mills has honored America's National Parks with a collection of distinctive park blankets. Glacier Park National Park Blanket was one of the first. Its historic markings and colors date back to the frontier trading posts. Traders would indicate the weight of the blanket offered in exchange for furs by holding up one finger for each pound. The original blankets incorporated three, four or five black stripes in the design, which indicated the value of the blanket. Colors and variations of the original striped theme have been adapted to reflect distinguishing characteristics of each park and blanket in the collection. National Park Blankets are still woven right here in our Pacific Northwest mills, just as they were nearly 100 years ago.

This contemporary interpretation of the American flag is a celebration of the patriotism of Native Americans. In 1875 Indian scouts carried messages from fort to fort in the West. Native American soldiers saw action with Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders in Cuba. And soldiers from many tribes battled in World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the Persian Gulf and Iraq. Five Native Americans have been awarded the Medal of Honor for bravery “above and beyond the call of duty.” The design marries modern asymmetry and vintage Americana. The unique striations, using pulled out yarns, reflect an era when dyes were made from plants.
